The USERRA Benefits Poster is required for ALL employers in the country, regardless of size. It must be posted where other employment compliance posters are located and must be available to employees as of March 10, 2005.
On December 19, 2005, the U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) Veterans Employment and Training Service (VETS) published final regulations concerning the implementation of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. Part of that new set of rules required changes in this USERRA Benefits poster. The latest version is dated December 2005. All employers are required to change their old posters to the new version immediately.
There are two ways to get a copy of this required poster.
- Download a copy in 8.5" X 11" format from the U.S. Department of Labor's web site at

Arizona No Smoking Poster

The Arizona No Smoking Poster is required for ALL employers in the state, regardless of size. It must be posted where other employment compliance posters are located and must be available to employees as of May 1, 2007.
Arizona Proposition 201 revised regulations of the Arizona Smoke-Free Act. Arizona "No Smoking" posters are now required in all enclosed areas of Public Places and Places of Employment.
Business owner responsibilities now include:
- Post the "No Smoking poster (sign)
- Remove ashtrays and other smoking receptacles from non-smoking areas
- Inform employees about the new law (existing and future employees)
- Prohibit anyone from smoking inside place of business, including employees, vendors, and customers.
Violations & Penalties:
- Complaints will be investigated by county health departments and warning letters will be sent if a violation occurs.
- Subsequent violations may be punishable up to $500 per violation. Courts can impose fines up to $5,000 per violation if the court finds that violations are willful or display a pattern of noncompliance.
