The E-Verify Combo - Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for ALL employers enrolled in the federal E-Verify program. It is required posting in the area of your operation where you receive and process job applicants. AND, it is required posting in the area of your operation where your employees have access to other labor law employment postings. So, if you are required to have this poster, you should have a minimum of two.

- Notice of Participation in the E-Verify Program
As an employer participating in the E-Verify program, you are required to post the notice provided by DHS indicating your company's participation in the E-Verify program.
- Anti-Discrimination Notice
The Anti-discrimination Notice is issued by the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices at the Department of Justice.
Each of the two posters is printed in English and again in Spanish. All four appear on the one sheet so you will meet the requirements.
Each poster is laminated for durability.
