New FMLA Poster
Effective January 28, 2008, the Family and Medical Leave Act was amended to create new leave categories due to military service-related reasons.
Due to FMLA poster updates, all orders for All-On-One state & federal posters have been placed on hold. We can ship the old version to you if you have an emergency, but you will have to purchase a replacement as soon as the new version is available. We are currently waiting for the Department of Labor to issue its required FMLA poster content. The target shipping date for new All-On-One posters has been slipped to the Fall 2008. As of the middle of May, the Department of Labor had still not released its required content for the new poster.
