  • Do we have to pay more money to return product we don't want?

    There are no restocking fees on returns. If you don't want the product you have purchased from us, simply return it to us and we will refund your money. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or sales receipt so we can properly apply the credit we owe you. We do not refund the cost of shipping and handling, and you will have to pay for shipping the product back to us, but the purchase price and any state sales tax you have paid will be refunded when the product arrives in our office. We do ask that you make every effort to assure the product you return to us is in good enough condition that it can be resold.

  • Will you gift wrap what we buy?

    Yes. And, we will do it for FREE! Simply put your request for gift wrapping in the shipping instructions when you check out with your purchase. We'll take care of the rest and your product will arrive nicely wrapped for presentation.

  • What if we want to ask questions before we buy?

    All you have to do is call our toll-free order line at 1-888-671-0404 and we will be glad to help you. If we aren't available at the time you call, we ask that you leave us a voice mail message so we will know how to reach you and what your question is.
