Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Software from PeopleClick
Identify and Mitigate Adverse Impact Risk!
All employers with 15 or more people on the payroll are subject to the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Among the requirements that have been identified from this legislation is the need to test for disparate impact of any protected group at any stage in the employment selection process. That means employers must demonstrate they are not discriminating because of their written tests, interviews, application forms, etc. All federal affirmative action employers are required to complete disparate impact testing every year.
Monitor 6.0 allows for testing the following Race/Ethnic categories:
- Black/African American
- Hispanic
- Asian
- American Indian
- Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander
- 2 or More Races
- Other
Monitor 6.0 also allows you to test for age discrimination by comparing populations under 40 years of age with populations 40 years old and over.
PeopleClick Monitor will help you meet that requirement while allowing you proper statistical testing techniques. You don't need to know the formulas. All you need to do is input the data. The program will take care of the rest.
The PeopleClick Monitor system features include:
- Easy to use tab-screen format
- Readily accepts data from your HRIS, such as Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP and many more
- Seamless integration with PeopleClick clickXG-RMS applicant tracking system
- Automates the calculations of adverse impact
- Produces easy-to-understand and ready-for-presention reports
PeopleClick Monitor performs adverse impact analysis and makes it easy for your organization to collect the summary data needed to analyze hiring, promotion and termination practices -- information that must also be submitted to the OFCCP during a federal contractor compliance evaluation (audit).
PeopleClick Monitor helps you stay prepared by identifying any potential problem areas in your company's employment process while you still have the time to institute any needed changes.
