Industrial Wage Orders for 2001 - 2007 and Beyond
Every California employer must have one of the following Industrial Welfare Commission (IWC) orders posted at every work location in the state.
Select the work order that best fits your industry. If you have activities that would fall in more than one wage order category, select only one based on the reason for your being in business.
There are 17 wage orders to choose from.
In addition to the wage order, you must also post the current minimum wage poster for BOTH the federal and state minimum wages. So, once you have downloaded the wage order you need, also download the Minimum Wage file and print it for posting.
All of the following files are in Adobe PDF format. "Portable Document Format" allows the original document format to be maintained regardless of the computer system being used to display it or the printer settings used to serve that computer.
Print out the documents in their entirety and post them as required.
