The AutoAAP 11.0 system includes a simplified import feature, the entire EEO Census data file (for all tabulated areas of the U.S.), and a ZIP code analysis feature to accurately identify any local and/or regional labor areas. The program uses the latest Census 2000 data from the Special EEO File at the Bureau of the Census. Internal feeders can be identified through historical data and weights can be assigned to each of the two availability factors.
Utilization and adverse impact analyses are powerful and flexible, yet provide you with direct Yes and No answers to the basic and advanced statistical tests. Transaction reports display the activity which may have led to underutilization or adverse impact, and Goals Progress reports pinpoint your progress throughout the Plan year.
