The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requires all federal contractors to prepare their written affirmative action plans using Census 2000 for Availability Analysis. AAPlanner 7.0 works with the PeopleClick Census 2000 data files so you can meet this requirement.
OFCCP has said it will accept the new 7 Race/Ethnic categories for contractor AAPs. These are the same 7 categories used in the revised EEO-1 report. They include the new categories, "Hawiian Native & Pacific Islander," and "2 or More Races." Why maintain two databases with two different sets of race codes. Start using the new set of categories and your AAP documents and reports will reflect the latest govenment requirements and acceptance. Census 2000 contains all 7 Race/Ethnic categories.
AAPlanner 7.0 produces the same set of reports that made it famous among contractors: Workforce Analysis and/or Organizational Report; Job Group Analysis; Availability Analysis; Comparison of Incumbency to Availability; Goal Analysis, and; Goal Achievement Analysis.
