The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on The Management Advantage, Inc. website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's contact and shipping information. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Email addresses submitted to our subscriber registration system with requests to be added to our subscriber list will be used to distribute our newsletter, special reports, marketing materials, and other business matter. We do not share our subscriber lists or our customer lists with outside parties. If you object to receiving any of the communications we send you may "unsubscribe" by simply sending an email message to our majordomo system from the same email account you used to register originally. Instructions are on the confirmation letter we send when you submit your subscription request. You can change subscription addresses by unsubscribing using your original email address and subscribing using your new mail address.

You can register in the "guest book" section of our website if you would like to receive our catalog or ask specific questions about any of our products or services. You can download a copy of our current catalog by clicking on the "Catalog" button on the left hand menu of any page.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Otherwise, we can usually confirm for you the information we have while you are on the telephone. If you are a subscriber to our email newsletter and would like to change the address your subscription is sent to, follow the instructions you received with your original subscription confirmation. If you have problems, please call us at 925-671-0404. We will require both your old and new email addresses to make the change. We usually make such changes the same day we receive the request. You can correct any of your personally identifiable information that we collect on our web site. Simply tell us what corrections you wish us to make and we will do so.
