We wish to have all our clients, customers and visitors remain with us for many years. We know that we must treat people well for that to happen. If you know us, you are aware that our philosophy is to correct problems in favor of the customer whenever possible. We will always attempt to find a solution which allows everyone to feel satisfied.

PRIVACY POLICY

If you become one of our loyal customers, as we hope you will, you can be confident that your name and contact information will not be sold or given to any other organization. It is our policy to maintain our customer and subscriber lists as confidential and private information. We value your privacy as much as you do.

We offer links to other third party web sites, and in some cases endorse these sites as sources of products or services. If a link has our endorsement, you will always know by our description of the site to which it is connected. We do not control the operation of third party sites. Nor do we control the policies of organizations operating third party web sites. The Information We Collect

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Email addresses submitted to our subscriber registration system with requests to be added to our subscriber list will be used to distribute our newsletter, special reports, marketing materials, and other business matter. We do not share our subscriber lists or our customer lists with outside parties. If you object to receiving any of the communications we send you may "unsubscribe" by simply sending an email message to our majordomo system from the same email account you used to register originally. Instructions are on the confirmation letter we send when you submit your subscription request. You can change subscription addresses by unsubscribing using your original email address and subscribing using your new mail address.

You can register in the "guest book" section of our website if you would like to receive our catalog or ask specific questions about any of our products or services. You can download a copy of our current catalog by clicking on the "Catalog" button on the left hand menu of any page.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Otherwise, we can usually confirm for you the information we have while you are on the telephone. If you are a subscriber to our email newsletter and would like to change the address your subscription is sent to, follow the instructions you received with your original subscription confirmation. If you have problems, please call us at 925-671-0404. We will require both your old and new email addresses to make the change. We usually make such changes the same day we receive the request. You can correct any of your personally identifiable information that we collect on our web site. Simply tell us what corrections you wish us to make and we will do so.

OUR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

From time to time we all find that we have ordered something that just isn't what we had expected. At The Management Advantage, Inc. we understand that because it has happened to us, too.

If you ever find that the product you receive from us (or one of our suppliers) does not meet your requirements, we ask that you return it to us so we can refund your purchase price. It seems reasonable that those decisions can be made in 30 days, so we offer a no-hassle, no-risk guarantee on all of our products. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply send the product back to us within 30-days and we will refund your purchase price. (We do not refund shipping and handling costs, but you will get back any state sales tax you might have paid.)
